Apologies to regular readers—both of you—who were expecting a post around Marathon Day. If I have any excuse, beyond exhaustion, it’s that I was distracted by history. An equally good explanation is perfectionism: my reluctance to release entries unless they’re absolutely right. Some would call this fear. I would call that accurate.
